LABORATORY SERVICE WITH COOPERATION METHOD

In general, the method used in laboratory services with the general public is in the form of collaboration, which hierarchically consists of 3 stages, namely:

  1. Memorandum of Agreement (MoA). This stage is the initial process of collaborative activities in the form of a written agreement between the laboratory and the general public or certain institutions outside the university, to carry out general collaborative activities between the two parties.
  2. Cooperation agreement. This stage is a real follow-up to MoA in the form of the process of signing a cooperation agreement for 1 (one) service activity between the two parties, supported by certain requirements, and in accordance with their respective standard operating procedures.
  3. Employment Contract. This stage is a follow-up to the Cooperation Agreement in the form of the process of signing a work contract for the activities mentioned in the cooperation agreement, in accordance with the terms and conditions that have been agreed.

In principle, this method aims to maintain orderly administration. However, in order to maintain the continuity of cooperation between the two parties, the administrative requirements and provisions of each stage will be adjusted according to the administrative management model of both parties.

More complete SOPs can be seen in the Profile Book and SOPs of the Architecture Laboratory.
