Soft Skills Development

Soft skills development for students is carried out through intra and extracurricular activities.

1. Intracurricular activities

   Through student-centered learning (SCL) which is increasingly being promoted at Unsrat, students are encouraged to develop creative and critical ways of thinking and the ability to collaborate. This activity is realized through group discussions related to lecture assignments both inside and outside the classroom.

2. Extracurricular activities

   Through student organizations both at the Faculty level, namely: Student Representative Body (BPM), Student Executive Board, and Student Activity Unit (UKM), as well as at the Department level, namely: Electrical Department Student Association, students are encouraged to develop collaboration skills and leadership.
   The results of the soft skills development activities proved to be very positive as evidenced by the evaluation results of graduate users who gave Good or Very Good scores for elements related to soft-skills.
