E-LAPOR Complaint Service at the University of Sam Ratulangi

In order to realize a public service that is transparent, accountable, efficient and effective, Sam Ratulangi University has launched the use of complaints through e-mail E-REPORT which can be accessed via UNSRAT Inspire Portal.

Procedures and procedures for electronic complaints/reports E-REPORT UNSRAT:

1. The reporter inputs the report through the INSPIRE Portal
2. The reporter completes the report with supporting files
3. Report received by the recipient
4. Recipient checks reports and files
5. Recipients follow up on reports according to procedures
