Information Systems
Utilization of management information systems that are supported by the existence of information technology causes significant changes in the pattern of decision making by management at all levels. This has an impact not only on the need for fast and accurate information, but also on the need for a more adequate information system.
To meet these needs, in 2017 with the support of technical staff in the field of information system development, various IS applications have been developed which were initially needed to support information for the completeness of accreditation forms, which consist of the following applications:
  1. Unsrat DASHBOARD
  2. Study Program Self Evaluation (EDPS)
  3. Student Learning Evaluation (EPOM)
  4. Student Satisfaction Questionnaire for Services (STUDENT Questionnaire)
  5. HR Satisfaction Questionnaire for Services (HR Questionnaire)
  6. Partner Satisfaction Questionnaire related to Cooperation (Partner Questionnaire)
  7. Study Tracer Questionnaire (TRACER STUDY)
  8. New student registration online service (REGMABA)
  9. Graduation registration online service (WISUDA)
  10. Consumables Management (INVENTORY)
  11. Student Achievement Data Management (PRESTASI)

It is recognized that the results of the development of the SI application, totaling 11 (eleven) modules, also contributed to the acquisition of the Unsrat institutional accreditation score.
Several applications, especially those related to academic activities, have been developed and built. Until September 2019 there were approximately twenty (20) application modules that had been developed by the Unsrat ICT Development Team.
