SOP (Standard Operating Procedure)

ELECTRO LABORATORY

    1. Use
      1. What is meant by Electrical Laboratory is a room with the following facilities:
        1. PC computers and their supporting devices
        2. Printers, scanners and supporting facilities.
      2. The Electrical Laboratory is used for academic activities, both practicum and lectures
      3. Computer laboratory operating hours are: 08.00-17.00 on weekdays
      4. Students can use the computer laboratory facilities during the above operating hours without disturbing the ongoing practicum or lecture activities.
      5. If there are practicum activities and scheduled lectures, the computer laboratory is closed for use other than for these activities.
      6. The computer laboratory is used ONLY for the Electrical Study Program civitas, or guests with the permission of the Computer Laboratory Coordinator.

       

    2. Code of Conduct
      1. General
        1. The rules apply to all users of electrical laboratory facilities.
        2. Students who want to enter the laboratory must wear neat clothes (collared), not wear pants without tears, and use shoes.
        3. All users are prohibited:
          1. Damaging, unplugging any cables or devices, changing the layout of computers, monitors and other things that interfere with the smooth, tidy computer laboratory.
          2. Take any item that is an Electrical Laboratory asset.
          3. Leave any items, scraps, trash in the electrical laboratory.
          4. Wearing sandals, wearing obscene clothing, smoking.
          5. Sounds annoying audio-visual devices.
          6. Using electrical laboratory facilities for activities that are not related to electricity, such as making mockups, drawing, and so on.
          7. Install ANY program without assistant or technician approval.
          8. Entering the Lab room if there is no Lab administrator
        4. The sanctions for the above violations are:
          1. Reprimand by an assistant or technician and report the person concerned to the Electrical Laboratory Coordinator.
          2. The name and NIM are recorded for further prohibition from using the electrical laboratory facilities including print, scan, and so on.
      2. Internship
        1. Must use neat clothes (collared), do not use pants without tears, and use shoes.
        2. The practitioner must come 10 minutes before the practicum starts.
        3. Each practitioner is required to bring a laptop and mouse.
        4. Each practitioner is required to bring an assistance card.
        5. Do not make noise during practice.
        6. Students who are late are required to report to the relevant Lecturer Assistant.
        7. The practitioner must show the report before entering the practicum room.
      3. Essay
        1. For students who want to use the Lab, they are required to bring SK1 for identification
        2. The duration of the use of the lab facilities for the work of the Final Project, should not be past 17.00
