Admission of New Students for the Master of Informatics at Sam Ratulangi University

Registration for new students for the Master of Informatics program, Faculty of Engineering, Sam Ratulangi University has opened Even Semester of the 2023/2024 Academic Year.

Registration Procedure

• Fill in initial data online via the page https://regmaba.unsrat.ac.id/register to get a registration number and pin.
• Choose an entry route according to your study program: Informatics (S2)
• Complete your biodata online via the page https://regmaba.unsrat.ac.id by logging in using_Registration Number as username and pin as password
• After completing the Biodata and uploading all the required documents, you can continue with printing the Entry Selection Participant Identity Card.

Master's (S2) Education Requirements

1. Universities and Study Programs from which prospective students are registered with PD-DIKTI or foreign universities that are recognized as equivalent by DIKTI
2. ⁠Diploma and Transcript Holders (Bachelor/D4) with a minimum GPA of 2.75. For foreign diplomas, they must be accompanied by a diploma equivalent certificate from DIKTI
3. Higher Education and Study Programs accredited by BAN PT/Independent/International Accreditation Institution (Minimum B/Very Good)
4. Academic Potential Test (TPA) / Unsrat Academic Ability Test (TKAU) minimum score of 400 (as a final exam requirement, can be taken during study
5. ⁠TOEFL / Unsrat English Proficiency Test (UEPT) minimum score of 450 (as a final exam requirement, can be taken during study).
6. Doctor's Health Certificate (Unsrat Polyclinic or other health facility)
7. Curriculum Vitae
8. Letter of Permission/information/recommendation from superiors to take Masters education for prospective PNS/ASN students (for those who do not have a Letter of Permission/information/recommendation, to make a Statement Letter signed on a stamp (Rp. 2) stating that all the consequences relating to civil servant/ASN status is the responsibility of the prospective student).
9. ⁠Resident Identity Card (KTP) for prospective students from Indonesia and Student Visa or other identification (for prospective foreign students)
10. Recent passport photo 3×4 with blue background (wearing a suit)
