Apprenticeship Procedure Kampus Merdeka in the Informatics Engineering Study Program Unsrat

LEGAL BASIS

1. Regulation of the Minister of Education and Culture of the Republic of Indonesia Number 3 of 2020, concerning National Higher Education Standards.
2. Regulation of the Chancellor of Sam Ratulangi University Number 01 of 2019 concerning Guidelines for Academic Implementation at Sam Ratulangi University 2019

OBJECTIVES

1. Provide guidance to lecturers and students in the implementation of the Internship program – Kampus Merdeka in the Informatics Engineering study program at UNSRAT.
2. Improving the effectiveness and efficiency of the Internship program implementation – Kampus Merdeka in the Informatics Engineering study program at UNSRAT.

PROCEDURE

1. Students apply for an Internship program option – Kampus Merdeka to the head of the study program.
2. Students program Intern – Kampus Merdeka in KRS
3. The Study Program Coordinator schedules and carries out the selection process for recipients of Internship financing assistance – Kampus Merdeka
4. Students follow the selection process in the form of a Competency Test.
5. Students who are declared to have passed the selection will receive internship financing with an internship location determined by the study program. Students who do not pass the selection, do not get internship financing and can carry out an internship program with an internship location determined by the study program or according to the student's choice.
6. The study program coordinator determines the internship supervisor
7. Students prepare internship proposals in consultation with their supervisors
8. The supervising lecturer reviews and provides corrections to the internship proposal
9. Students carry out internships in accordance with the proposal that has been approved by the supervisor
10. The supervising lecturer supervises the implementation of the Internship with the approved proposal
11. Student gives progress reports implementation of internships to Supervisors on a regular basis
12. Students prepare internship reports in consultation with the Advisory Lecturer
13. The supervising lecturer provides input or correction on the internship report
14. The supervising lecturer conducts an assessment of the courses from the Apprentice
15. Students submit internship reports to the Study Program Coordinator
16. The study program coordinator compiles the name of the course, the number of credits, and the value of the Internship and enters the value of each course into the academic information system
