Position Analysis and Competency Arrangement at the Faculty of Engineering Unsrat

Job analysis is a process to systematically dig up information related to the work that must be carried out by an incumbent. Job analysis will produce a job description, including the required competencies. The purpose of this analysis is to review the job descriptions held by the work unit, as well as to form the behavioral competencies required by incumbents.
