Respondent Demographics
There were 131 respondents for the Community Satisfaction Index (IKM) survey that was held. The age range of the respondents is shown in the following table. From a total of 131 respondents, the largest age group is in the range of 19-25 years, namely 64 people (48.85%), followed by the age group 26-35 years (16.79%).

Based on the status of the respondents, the majority of service recipients who became respondents were students, followed by lecturers. There are 39 people (29.77%) external respondents, consisting of alumni, parents of students, and companies that use the services of FT-UNSRAT.
