Two Unismuh Makassar students again made achievements representing the province of South Sulawesi by becoming Ambassadors of Youth Care for a Beautiful and Clean Environment (PEPELINGASIH) 2020, in a national level activity in Bali at the end of July 2020.

This was emphasized by the Vice Chancellor III Unismuh Makassar, Dr H Muhammad Tahir, M.Si to the media on the Jalan Sultan Alauddin Makassar campus, Friday 19 June 2020.

He explained that the two students who represented South Sulawesi were Ramadhan and Sitti Nurkaya Basri, both of whom were students of the English Language Education Study Program, FKIP Unismuh Makassar.

The outstanding students prayer after adhan supported by the campus & the Chancellor of Unismuh Makassaar, Prof. A. Rahman, always provides support to facilitate the process of student activities on campus, said Muhammad Tahir.

Ramdhan & Sitti Nurkaya Basri met separately at the Unismuh Makassar Campus, saying the number of participants who took part in the selection was more than 50 people from private and public campuses throughout South Sulawesi and youth organizations.

This selection was held from May 24 to June 13, 2020, selecting administrative files, submitting videos about the Care for a Clean and Beautiful Environment campaign, and continued using an interview test.

According to the plan, the 2 South Sulawesi ambassadors will represent South Sulawesi at the National Pepelingasih Training of Trainer (ToT) event which will be held in Tabanan Village, Bali.
